*Job Title: Business Analyst* *Location: Englewood, CO* *Duration : CTH * **** Must be GC or US Citizens **** *Responsibilities:* Participates in various phases of the Project Life Cycle (PLC) to ensure customer business and technical requirements are captured and validated, business benefits are defined and measureable, requirements are translated into project scope and actual project benefits are measured and documented. Applies appropriate EPMO process and tool standards. Provides feedback in the development, continuous improvement and maturity of the standards. Provides assistance in identifying business problems and opportunities. *Ensures ITS Governance process is applied for all business case approvals.* Responsible for providing assistance to the project/business sponsor in the coordination and development of accurate and complete Concept documentation for approved preliminary proposals. Provides factual and unbiased information including identifying alignment to strategic and operating objectives, defining high level business and technical requirements and scope, coordinating SME resources and defining measurable quantitative and qualitative benefits. Responsible for transferring approved business case information and knowledge to Project Manager for PLC project initiation phase. Participates in the PLC project planning phase to further define and translate high level requirements into detail requirements. Ensures requirements map to project scope (WBS, tasks) in partnership with Project Manager. Participates in the PLC implementation phase if/as required to validate scope has been met and/or identify gaps, e.g. test plans, User Acceptance Testing. Responsible for ensuring that the business/project sponsor measures and documents planned vs. actual business case benefits during PLC benefits realization phase, providing assistance if/as required. Works with other EPMO teams and business partners to continuously improve associated PLC process and tools. *Required Education/ Experience:* 5+ years total IT, PMO, Business Analyst experience required with at least: Min 3+ years spent developing and analyzing business requirements, Min 3+ years developing and managing business cases, Min 3+ years communicating with multiple business stakeholders Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, business or related *Technical field required.* May substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience. Healthcare experience (business processes and applications) required. Experience in a complex, multi-function environment required. Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications required. Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP®) preferred. Experience with six-sigma, and/or project management methodology preferred.
