* Job description:*

Campaign Project Manager (CPM) who will provide overall program management
and manage the execution of individual marketing initiatives. The marketers
will drive the marketing and business strategy while partnering with the
CPM who will determine and gain commitment to launch dates, and drive the
completion of multiple - simultaneous campaign towards the committed -
launch dates.

The primary job responsibilities of this role include:

·         Understand high level pre-defined milestones for various
marketing channels to provide draft timelines for planning purposes. The
primary channels used are email, landing page and advertising on the site

·         Once business priorities are approved, validate scope of work
expected, and work with functional managers to translate approved scope to
resource requirements and to procure resources for project core team

·         Develop master project schedules and ensure marketing partner and
cross-functional team members agree to - launch dates and interim
milestones. Refine schedule once program is approved (and as necessary)

·         Communicate planning and schedule status, issues and risks in a
timely manner

·         Identify potential issues and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Resolve problems, planning issues, and project changes/challenges. Escalate
unresolved issues requiring senior management attention

·         Facilitate, coordinate and project manage cross-functional team
tasks and activities. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to
ensure accuracy of project tasks, on time completion, and drive resolution
of issues and constraints

·         Manage the Creative Development process to ensure that the
creative teams understand the direction of Marketing, that communications
between the teams are conveyed in a timely fashion and that Legal, Brand
and other pertinent teams sign off on creative assets

·         Ensure that creative assets are delivered to the Web Development
or in such a fashion that WebDev work can begin immediately, and monitor
progress of delivered assets through staging & handoff

·         When relevant, ensure that the Campaign Analytics team is
involved in setting up proper test plans and document reporting requirements

·         Lead project teams and projects to overall success
