6. Knowledge on the accessibility testing standard as per Section 508

7. 5+ years of experience in defining test strategy, planning areas

8. Software life cycle using water fall and Agile scrum methodologies

9. Proven track record in improving productivity/reducing time lines for
any large testing engagement

10. Have strong experience in team ramp-up team internally and externally

11. Managing multiple small project

12. Experience of handling people issue

13. Strong Stakeholder communication skills
