*Job Title: Sr .NET Developer* *Location: Wilmington, DE* *Duration : 6+ Months* *Interview : Phone and F2F* *Responsibilities: * Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle Responsible for the definition, design, construction, integration, testing, and support of reliable and reusable software solutions, addressing business opportunities. Responsibilities include systems analysis, creation of specifications, coding, testing, and implementation of application programs and data interfaces. Communication - Ability to communicate strategies and processes around data modeling and architecture to cross functional groups and senior levels Collaborate with designers and analysts to implement enhancements or new applications Develop code to meet story acceptance criteria Participate in design and code reviews to ensure compliance with standards Estimate level of effort to develop code to meet acceptance criteria Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as required to meet quality / time to market imperatives Maintain records to document program development and revisions Documents design decisions, adheres to existing process guidelines, develops software components, supports QA during testing, and has oversight during implementation into production. Participate in coding and other development activities for delivering complex projects. *Basic Qualifications: * At least 5 Years’ experience in Application development (.NET 4.0, C#, SQL) Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and JQuery WCF/ASMX/REST services experience. Windows and Web Development experience Excellent communication skills. Highly analytical and logical to analyze complex business requirements and come up with a solid technical solution. *Preferred Qualifications: * MSCD certification (.NET, SQL). Previous Financial Services industry experience. 2 Year experience as Senior Developer on IT Projects. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Solid design and programming skills.
