Job Title: Sr. Configuration Business Analyst with *ACCELA EXPERIENCE * Location: Boston, MA Duration: 7-12 months
*MUST HAVE ACCELA EXPERIENCE and F2F IS VERY VERY MUST * Description: The Senior Configuration Analyst is responsible for executing the business analysis and system configuration activities / deliverables for Accela implementation projects. This individual is accountable for business analysis, workflow design and documentation, configuration, and coordination of user testing. The Senior Configuration Analyst works with DCAMM Project Manager and team to ensure that the business analysis and system configuration activities meet DCAMM customers business requirements. The Senior Configuration Analyst will be adept at understanding the organization, business processes, application environment, culture and requirements. This position requires someone who can understand both the big picture and detailed requirements and act as the go to person for requirement explanation, questions and issue resolution. The Business Analyst should be able to understand how the requirements map to the technical solution and ensure scope and requirements of projects are met through the implementation, as well as complete the configuration of the Accela platform to meet the needs of DCAMM. Responsibilities: Lead efforts with relevant subject matter experts to collect, map, analyze and document business processes related to regulatory licensing and enforcement Oversee gathering of requirement information to inform the configuration of Accela software Demonstrate consistent, sound, independent decision-making and an aptitude for producing thorough, accurate, and clear documentation of business needs Configure Accela software to meet client business requirements Advise in the development of business use cases and creation of test scripts to be executed in user acceptance testing Effectively work within the timelines and resource requirements interdependent initiatives Support work effort estimates for application configuration Mentor and train non-experienced resources in Accela Configuration and Scripting as necessary Contribute to an environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills, and expertise Qualifications: *2-3 years experience configuring the Accela Product Suite to implement licensing and permitting functionality in a government agency * Ability to facilitate interviews and workshops, process overviews / walk-throughs, and meetings with subject matter experts A track record of success in conducting business analyses, documenting requirements and specifications, and updating technical documentation and communication to stakeholders accordingly Experience implementing enterprise-level software with a demonstrated track record of success Ability to read and write business requirements and system configuration documents Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Demonstrated proficiency in presentation and client interaction A willingness to tackle difficult and complex problems Strong work ethic and attention to detail Bachelors degree with a major in the field of computer science, information systems *Working knowledge of Relational Databases, Data Modeling and Analytics skills; Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence theory and concepts.* *Thanks & Regards: * *Mahesh * *Sr. Technical Recruiter * *Trustek Inc * *4390 Rt 1 North, Suite# 304 | Princeton, NJ 08540 |* *Office: 732-393-1313 ext-112| * *Fax: 866-294-1314 |* *Email: mah...@trustek.com <mah...@trustek.com> | www.trustek.com <http://www.trustek.com> |* *Yahoo IM: mahesh.saxon * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OracleD2K" group.
