*Job Title: QA Lead* *Location: Union, NJ* *Duration : 12 Months* *The Test Lead/coordinator will lead a test team of 4- 6 testing resources and have a deep understanding of the Full Lifecycle Testing Methodology. * *Required Skills & Experience: * 5 - 7 years or more experience in a Senior or Lead role. At least five years' experience in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, Test Metrics, and Manual Testing. Experience in Testing Methodology and applying best in class practices. Strong leadership skills to oversee several projects Experience in leading a team to produce high quality test work products, such as a Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Traceability Matrices, Test Summary Reports and other key testing deliverables. Experience successfully creating and tracking resource plans at a detailed level. Planning and estimating resources. Must have the ability to communicate at multiple levels of management. Experience with providing testing services in Retail and eCommerce. Experience in coordinating testing across organization and working with testing partners. Prior experience with Agile and Waterfall methodology projects.
