1.      Citrix Admin/ Richmond, VA / Long Term / 10+ years

Job Description:

·         Install, configure, and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler devices in
the support of Citrix Access Gateway, Reverse Proxy and SSLVPN
implementation.

·         The migration of the current remote access solution hosted on
Juniper SSLVPN to Citrix NetScaler.

·         The migration of Microsoft ISA Reverse proxy to Citrix NetScaler,
to include but not limited to, Exchange Active Sync, Outlook Web Access and
Microsoft Lync.

·         The migration of Check-Point SSLVPN for laptop users to Citrix
NetScaler SSLVPN.The implementation of a global load balancer configuration
using the Citrix NetScaler.

·         The implementation of the NetScaler Load Balancer function to
support internal application load distribution.

·         Install, configuration and troubleshooting Citrix NetScaler
Application Firewall function to support business requirements.



2.      Service Desk / Santa Clara, CA /Duration: 2 years+ / 5 – 7 years



·         Analyzes, reviews and measures ongoing service level performance
against agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs) for ITIL processes with
the business and operating-level agreements (OLAs) with service providers
(internal and external)

·         Produces regular reports to stakeholders on service performance
and achievement

·         Organizes and maintains the service level review process with the
business and service providers. Initiates any actions required to maintain
or improve service levels.

·         Acts as a change agent to implement and manage quality
improvement processes in service delivery management.

·         Periodically reviews supporting operations, tools and processes,
recommends improvements and implements agreed improvements

·         Produces reports and/or metrics on a regular basis that include
KPIs which provide effective insight into service processes.

·         If bottlenecks are identified in service processes, initiates
corrective actions to ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction
as well as ensure that the IT services processes do not run into resource
or ownership issues

·         Documents process flows, procedures to support service management
process and operations.

·         Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

·         Demonstrated knowledge in process definition and documentation
using Microsoft Word, Visio or other process documentation tools

·         5 + years of experience with resource and project management
skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work
relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers

·         5 years recent experience performing hands-on incident management
supporting both technical infrastructure and business application
troubleshooting and resolution.

·         Certified ITIL v3 resource

·         Experience of comprehensive ITIL processes implemented in
industry standard tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy or any other leading
ITSM tool



3.      Project Management / Delivery / Richmond, VA /  10+ years / Long
Term



Job Description:



·         5+ years of experience in IBM tivoli monitoring and having
experience in Netcool and TBSM integration withITM environment.

•        Production Admin level Knowledge in, ITM 5.x, ITM 6.x and ITCAM

•        Maintain IBM Tivoli Monitoring architecture and components.

•        Implement and maintain an IBM Tivoli Monitoring V5.x, 6.x and
ITCAM solution based on customer requirements/environment.

•        Install and configure prerequisites to IBM Tivoli Monitoring for
various version.

•        Install, upgrade, and configure IBM Tivoli Monitoring
infrastructure components and integrated products (IBM Tivoli Enterprise
Console, IBM Tivoli Netcool,).

•        Use various interfaces to configure and administer the IBM Tivoli
Monitoring V5.x & 6.x and environment.

•        Perform performance tuning and problem determination for IBM
Tivoli Monitoring V5.x & 6.x.

•        Understand the needs of the customer to provide an ongoing
solution to the IBM Tivoli Monitoring V5.x & 6.x environment.

•        Customize the IBM Tivoli Monitoring V5.x & 6.x environment
including building of workspaces, situation, policies etc

•        Adequate Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX/Windows Platforms and strong
fundamentals

•        Should have implemented and administered ITCAM for Microsoft
application, ITCAM for Transition, ITCAM for WAS,DB2,Oracle,SQL,Cirtix etc..

•        Adequate knowledge of TCR, BIRT, TDW Administration.



4.      Netcool Admin / Richmond, VA / 10+ years / Long term



·         "5+ years of experience in Netcool project implementation and
having experience in ITM and TBSM integration with Netcool.

•        Expert knowledge in IBM Tivoli Netcool/Omnibus version 7.4 and
higher

•        Expert knowledge in IBM Tivoli Netcool/Impact version 6.1 and
higher

•        Experience with IBM Tivoli Netcool Configuration Manager

•        Experience with IBM SmartCoud Analytics

•        Solid scripting experience (Shell, Perl)

•        Solid knowledge of SNMP and MIBs

•        Experience with databases

•        Experience and a good working knowledge of Linux operating system
(Redhat)

•        Familiarity with network/application operation and definition
within the OSI model including IP, TCP, UDP and ICMP

•        Knowledge of LDAP Unix Environment.
