*Job Description:*

Responsibilities will include reviewing requirements, embedded software
design, coding, unit testing, debugging, system and network level testing.​


*Required Experience:*



·         *Embedded Linux Experience with IPv4 and IPv6 Expertise*, should
have 6 to 9 years’ Experience in Embedded Linux with IPv6 and IPv4 expertise

·         Good verbal and written communication skills working in a fast
paced team oriented environment and should have the demonstrated the
ability to be motivated and pick things up quickly.

·         An excellent problem solver with systematic debugging
skills  Expertise in C and programming/debugging for RTOS.

·         Experience with RTOS and having worked in a multi
tread/process/processor environment with a strong background in
inter-process communication, memory management systems, file systems, and
memory

protection algorithms.  Expertise with Qualcomm MSM/MDM family of chipsets
and AMSS reference design.

·         Expertise in Wireless WAN protocols (LTE, UMTS) (CDMA/EvDO is an
added benefit)

·         Experience with over the air wireless protocol analyzers (QXDM,
QCAT, Windcatcher). Data protocol tools like Wireshark, Etherpeek,
Aeropeek. Should have the ability to debug Lab and Field issues that arise
from LTE conformance and Field Interop testing.

·         Experience working on large software code bases with many
developers contributing, having working knowledge of source control systems
such as SVN, Perforce, GIT

*The candidate Should have:*

·         Good mobile wireless technology knowledge, preferably including
expertise with handset manufacturers, (Motorola. Samsung, LG) network
equipment vendors, chipset vendors (Qualcomm, TI, Broadcom, Media tech)
and/or test equipment vendors.

·         Familiar with embedded driver development such as USB, UART,
GPIO, I2C, or audio

·         Experience with ARM processor architecture and tool chains

·         Experience with microcontroller and RF hardware operation

·         Ability to use wireless communication test equipment such as
Agilent, Rohde & Schwarz, Spirent, W2Bi

·         Familiarity with North America wireless carrier requirements and
certification cycles.
