Also fill the information matrix given below. *Job Role : Business Analyst* *Job Location : San Jose, CA* *Duration : Contract role* *Job Description: * The Sales Incentive Programs Automation project involves implementing an automated solution with end-to-end functionality to manage all the sales Distribution, Retail & OEM Customer Incentive programs worldwide across all product lines using Zyme TruePay Cloud/SaaS solution to facilitate standardized, centralized & automated rebate submissions & approvals, calculation, validation, tracking, settlement, quarter-end financial reporting and audit compliance. The deliverables and activities are under the supervision of Buyer’s project management to include but shall not be limited to the following : · Meet, communicate, gather and document requirements from global Buyer’s cross-functional business stakeholders, business process owners and business users. · *Excellent knowledge and working experience of business processes relating to Sales/Sales Ops/Pricing/Fin Ops relating to Customer Incentive programs.* · Capture and document *AS-IS and TO-BE business processes/ flows.* · Acquire sufficient knowledge of Buyer’s systems and applications (SAP, BIS/DW and Partner Center) that are currently used for managing the Customer Incentive programs. · Identify data sources, program rules and desired outputs for all the sales incentive rebate programs including de-commissioning of existing redundant processes, tools, applications and systems. · Familiarize with *Buyer’s Enterprise Project Lifecycle (ePLC) * process. · Perform requirements analysis and generate detailed functional and technical specifications. · Participate and contribute to solution design, development and integration tasks as needed. · Create test plan with test scripts / test cases and test data. · Assist in functional testing, system integration testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing. · Provide production deployment and post-production support. · Provide operational support and act as backfill for Buyer’s project team as needed.
