Strong understanding of the MVC patterns or the STRUTS framework 7 Strong experience developing web services in an enterprise environment 5 SQL programming experience. Knowledge of JDBC interactions with relational databases. Ability to create, read and understand Oracle/Sybase based stored procedures or a related database application (e.g.,DB2).
