Location: Northbrook, IL
Duration: 8+ Months
Project Management Responsibilities:
Must have worked at a Pharmaceutical company
•Plan and coordinate the integration of project efforts and tasks
•Manage scope & deliverables to the project requirements
•Plan project timelines & track delivery schedules
•Budget planning, cost tracking & financial reporting
•Conduct deliverable reviews & lessons learned analysis
•Plan, acquire and manage project team, vendor & stakeholder resources
•Communication planning & delivery of information to stakeholders
•Risk identification, analysis and mitigation planning
•dentify project issues/open items, manage dependencies and track
resolutions
•Vendor product/resource management, and coordination of vendor tasks with
our client-based teams and departments
•Periodic project reporting, including: status, schedule, financial, risks,
issues/open items
•Stage/phase & decision based project management documentation
•Presentations to support: executive, sponsor & organizational needs
Required Skills:
•5-7 years complex project management skills in an IT environment
•3 -5 years’ experience managing ADP/Payroll upgrades/integrations with ERP
systems SAP.
•Experience managing projects with IT and business team members
•Bachelors or equivalent work experience
•Strong MS Office, Project, Visio skills
•Experience presenting to upper management, including C level
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Detail oriented, independent, self-starter
•Experience with all phases of the software life cycle
•Familiarity with RACI models, Risk mitigation approaches
•Vendor management experience
Preferred additional skills:
•Familiarity or experience with highly regulated environments
•Familiarity or experience managing workflow automation solutions
•Familiarity or experience with Pharmaceutical industry operations or
Pharmaceutical Industry IT environments
•PMI PMP certification
•1+ years program management experience
Masters or equivalent work experience
