The Business Systems Analyst V shall collaborate with and assist the
Medicaid System Transfer Project Office of the OHA with Quality Assurance
and Test activities.
Specific Tasks
• Develops, publishes and implements test plans,
• Writes and maintains test automation,
• Develops quality assurance standards,
• Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities
and open defect counts
• Defines, documents, analyzes, performs and interprets tests for
products, systems, components, or modifications,
• Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions,
• Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports
Required Skills:
* Experience in leading a team or project management discipline
* Experience with Medicaid Business and Systems
* Experience in public sector IT projects
* IT Systems Project Management, Systems Development Methodology.
