Responsibilities: • Client interaction, understanding requirements, pain areas and providing solution to the client • Project monitoring, tracking, risk identification, update stake holders on time • Effective client presentation skills • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Working knowledge as a BA or lead (SME) in Re-Insurance (P&C) • Manage self and a small team • Understanding of P&C domain, IT solutions specifically for Re-Insurance Must: 1. PMP Certified , , INS / LOMA certified 2. P&C knowledge must 3. Hands-on experience in MS-Project 4. Excellent experience in project monitoring, tracking, risk identification, update stake holders on time. 5. Good analytical skill 6. Excellent communication and written skill, self-driven. 7. Client facing Skills 8. Identify strengths and areas of improvements. 9. Insurance domain is preferred. 10. 7-12 years of IT experience mostly in client facing roles Nice to have: 1. Insurance domain certification 2.
