Should have good analytical skills .Should have good communication as this is a customer facing role. Should be able to grasp the business knowledge and interact with business team. Should be available for weekend support have production support experience and need to be able to communicate with the stores Interface development and Reports development experience is added advantage. Should have experience in system administration.
