SAP BOBI and BODS BASIS Architect
SAP BOBI and BODS (SAP BASIS) Administrator – SAP BOBI and BODS
installation using SAP WAS
BOBI and BODS upgrade, SSO
BOBI and BODS Architecture and design for 500+ Concurrent User
Skills Requirement
Overall 7+ years of experience
Preferred Educational background: Degree in Computer Science, IT or
equivalent
Extensive Experience in SAP BOBI and BODS Administrator (SAP Basis),
and specialization architecture and design
Performance Tuning
Strong Prior experience working in Large SAP Business Objects & EIM
Implementations
Knowledge of ITIL support processes, preferred ITIL Certification
Responsibilities
Deploying BI, Data Services & Information Steward landscapes in
clustered and distributed landscapes
Strong Knowledge of Unix
Sizing BI 4.1, Data Services 4.1 & Information Steward 4.1 applications
Installing BI 4.1
Transport Strategy, CTS+
Installing Data Services 4.1 & Information Steward 4.1
Installing Information Platform services and integrating it with Data
Services & Information Steward applications
Upgrading large Business Objects deployment from XI 3.1 to BI 4.1
Upgrade Management tool for incremental and complete upgrades
Database experience using Oracle, SQL Server for hosting CMS, Audit &
Reporting database
Configure BI & EIM repositories on SAP HANA
Configure DS Local, Central and profiler repositories on SQL Server
database
DS Repository and Server Manager tools
Deploy BO Web applications on third party web application servers
Nice to have:
SAP BIBI and BODS Security Knowledge
SAP BWA/BIA experience
Preferred SAP Certification
Knowledge of ITIL support processes, preferred ITIL Certification
SAP HANA knowledge
Language proficiencies
English spoken and written
