One of our Clients is looking for: *IBM DataStage Developer - Insurance Domain* *Location: Cincinnati, OH* *Duration: 6 Months +* *Rate: $55/hr max* *"Work Authorization copy required for all submissions"* *Overview:* Perform software development and design activities to support the client's Data base applications and ensuring the highest software standards. Responsibilities: Skills Experience 1. 6 years IT development experience in building DataStage ETL applications that utilize an RDBMS such as Oracle, DB2 in UNIX or Linux environments required. Must be able to demonstrate a proficiency in SQL. 2. 5 years in developing and maintaining applications using an ETL tool DataStage. 3. Experience in researching data issues, analyzing the problem causes and developing technical solutions 4. In-depth knowledge of ETL architecture. 5. Well-developed interpersonal skills which can be used to aid in the gathering, assimilation and development of user specifications and test cases. 6. Good to have Insurance experience Qualifications: Education, Skills and Experience Requirements • Bachelor's Degree required • 6+ years of Full Development Life Cycle experience in DW projects using any SDLC methodologies • Must have strong 3+ years of experience in SSAS • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Team player, self-starter, motivated, and multi- task oriented • Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects. • Strong written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to building relationships with others in the IT department • Solid understanding of Data warehousing concepts and ETL solutinos • Ability to prioritize work requirements • Ability to continuously seek out and discover root cause relationships and conclusions that are not always intuitively obvious or based solely on past experience Preferred Skills: • Prior Insurance Domain experience *2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly desired.* *Please reply with following details:* Full Name: Contact No.: eMAIL: Rates: Current Location: Visa Status: Joining Time required: IT Work Exp.
