Define migration path and strategy to get them to the optimal maturity end state. Once this is achieved, the analyst will make another pass through the defined road-map to identify all the IMS analytics’ requirements, and how to meet them through the proposed data model and architecture *Technical skills:* As for the technology stack, they would need to be up on all the legacy and latest data technologies, such as: Oracle Golden Gate, ETL, Big data solutions like Hadoop, Terracota, In-memory DB’s like Apama, analytics technology such as versus.
