Supports the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that direct the design of Schedule, IMS and Earned Value. Participates in strategic decisions regarding the requirements aspects of IT for the enterprise. Consultant to IT and business leaders in the development of IT solutions for business needs. Perform EVM Analysis, Scheduling, and Budget Formulation, Execution, and Reconciliation.
