*Job Title: SQL Server DBA* *Location: Lake Forest, IL * *Duration : 6-12 Months* *Required Skills:* Design, installation, and support of SQL Server Database software environments. Ideal candidate will be proficient supporting SQL Server on Windows operating systems. Position will be required to provide 24X7 on-call support. Strong working knowledge of SQL 2012 and SQL 2008 is required. Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services and SQL Server Integration Services preferred. Experience with Idera is a plus. Minimum of Ten years of experience as a SQL Server DBA. Experience supporting hundreds of SQL Server instances in an enterprise environment. Position requires excellent analytical, communication and consultative skills, as well as sound judgment and the ability to work effectively with client and other IT management and staffs. *RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensures the database environment is highly reliable, provides the required functionality, is efficient, and cost effective. Accountable for the creation of the logical and physical data models.
