*PeopleSoft BA/Tester* *Location: Hopkins, MN* *Duration: 6 months* *Phone/skype interview if not local* Manager Notes: *looking for a strong PeopleSoft BA with expert testing skills*. Someone that has the ability to write and execute test scripts in addition to gathering requirements/functional specs, PeopleSoft Support background with benefits and payroll process experience needed. 6-month contract with potential of extension. Position must be on-site. *Business Analysis:* · Ability to write and execute test scripts in accordance with testing best practices · Partner with HR functional teams to identify and document business requirements necessary to provide requested business solution. · Perform fit gap analysis necessary to insure that appropriate functional solution is identified. · Work with HRIT developer throughout the development process to insure that all necessary information has been documented, in order to create the requested solution. · Work with functional teams to insure appropriate test plan has been created. · Facilitate the functional team members gain the necessary security in order to run the requested solution. · Document existing business processes and refine future processes *Support:* · Monitor, respond and resolve tickets and issues submitted by business partners. · Perform mass loads into the PeopleSoft system as needed. · Monitor and coordinate the implementation of compliance software necessary to insure Cargill system compliance *Requirements:* · 6+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience · 6+ years of PeopleSoft Testing experience · 5+ years as a business analyst in an HR I/T or HR function *Nice To Have:* · Ability to run SQL database queries · MS Excel/Access experience *Thanks & Regards* *Dev Chauhan* *International Technical Solutions (ITS)* D: 206-274-4684 F: 206-319-4579 dev.chau...@i-tecsol.com <himanshu.kak...@i-tecsol.com> Note: We respect your Online Privacy.
