$45/hr Phone then In-person 2 openings Client: Healthcare Industry Our client in Philadelphia is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst that provides analysis, technical support, design, and development on new Business Intelligent initiatives and existing BI applications. Interaction with management, users, IT staff, and vendors expected. Responsibilities: · Minimum of 4 years progressive experience in a large-scale development environment including all phases of system development lifecycle (SDLC.) · Analyze business requirements and translate into task level system specifications. · Define functional specifications for the system(s). · Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming. · Responsible for development of new programs, analyzes current programs and processes, and making recommendations which yield a higher quality and more cost effective product. · Writes, edits, and debugs new computer programs for assigned projects. · Tests new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate; assists lower-level programmers with programming assignments. · Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular · Some experience in a data warehousing environment and implementing analytic applications Experience preferred in the following areas: · Expert knowledge of computer program design methods and techniques. · Web design and development · Analytic applications · Data presentation · Application security · ASP.Net, C# · HTML5, CSS3 · JavaScript · MS BI Stack (MS SQL Srvr, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) .NET Framework MS Visual Studio 2010 SQL · Developing Web Services · Good understanding of HTTP and SOAP protocols · Understanding of LDAP and Active Directory · Database base stored procedures development · Experience in SOA design and implementation · Knowledge in XML/JSON Keys: · Healthcare experience · MS BI stack (SSIS & SSRS a must.
