The first project involves the execution of software transfers from one company to other company involved in split/separation. The second effort relates to IT Asset Management, with efforts focused on the split/separation as well. There are multiple projects under these two areas. Requirements include: Strong PM background, with contract management, split/separation, and software implementation PM experience. Exposure to Flexera software helpful. PMP a plus. Personality that can effectively communicate with internal Finance, Purchasing, and Asset Management professionals within the organization(s). Demonstrated ability in the following areas: Develop and maintain overall project plan/schedule/scorecard. Ensure alignment of Sponsors, Core Group Team and key internal groups. Manage project scope, and timelines. Identify and manage resource(s). Develop/Approve all milestones and deliverables. Act as primary point of contact for project, communicating with Stakeholders, Steering Committee, IT Stewards, Project Team and others as necessary.
