   organization Proficient in SFDC Administrative tasks: Profiles, Roles,
   Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Reports, Dashboards,
   Workflows, Validation Rules, Triggers, Visualforce, Apex, custom objects
   etc..
   - In depth knowledge and understanding of SFDC object model , Data
   loader, Demand Tools, IDE, ANT and release tools
   - Communication & presentation skills
   - *Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/>Developer Certification a plus*
   - *Experience with ServiceMax including SFM* (Service Flow Manager)
   console, and mobile apps
   - *Experience with integration tools for like Boomi*
