Create and maintain staff plans that support business priorities and utilize the tools to manage expectations of impacted individuals/organizations. Maintain knowledge of testing best practices and continually seek to improve the automation of test methodologies and tools employed by the team. Partner with application users to understand current and future business Testing Automation opportunities. Experienced in partnering with multiple user communities to establish Automated Testing requirements and objectives. Knowledge of modern test methodologies in GUI/mobile device/interface testing. Knowledge of automated test plans and strategies, and the ability to define, track, and analyze metrics. Advanced Knowledge of HP Quality Center, HP UFT, HP-QTP and HP Load Runner Tools. Working Knowledge of Open Source testing tools. Knowledge of Software Testing Estimating and Risk Base testing. Proven ability in SQL and familiarity with relational database concepts.
