SAP QM (Quality Management and APO (Advance Planning Optimization) are a plus. This resource will support the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) area of the * *business. They will be responsible for supporting business capabilities within the SAP application suite by trouble shooting system problems, analyzing processes, developing business requirements, * *proposing potential solutions, and supporting prioritization. As the system expert, this individual will lead the development of internal skills through a partnership with power users and by influencing * *best practices.* *RESPONSIBILITIES* *Enforce use of standards, guidelines, and best practices of SAP MM / PP modules.* *Provide production support to SAP for MM / PP issues. Log issues reported and report progress until resolution is completed. Troubleshoot system problems, analyze processes, develop business * *requirements, propose solutions, and support prioritization.* *Develop and coordinate SAP user training for MM / PP modules.
