Find out more about the company athttp://www.edutecsoft.com/ *Job Title: - Senior Recruiter* *Location: - Hyderabad/Vishakhapatnam* *Shift: - US Time Zone (CST 7:30 AM To 4:30 PM)* *Desired Qualification/Skill Set:-* - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is mandatory. - 4+ years of proven corporate recruiting experience mandatory. - 2–3 years of experience in a third-party recruiting agency (strongly preferred). - High levels of initiative, strong drive to succeed. Ability to work independently with less or no monitoring. Ability to work independently on projects, as team lead, and as a member of a team. - Excellent organization skills and oral/written communication skills a must. - Excellent interpersonal, consulting, diplomacy, and conflict-resolution skills. - The ability to identify qualified candidates for various projects, contacting them on regular basis and mapping them to the right projects. - A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates, excellent negotiation skills on salaries & benefits. - Experience using staffing systems and tools including relational database applicant tracking systems, the internet, job boards and imagination - Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating and collaborating - Proven knowledge and expertise in all sourcing methods including using recruiting research, cold calling, warm calling and internet recruiting. - Business development skills and client relationships would be ideal but are not required *Job Description:-* - Thorough understanding on the specifics surrounding the role we are working to fill. - Collaborate with the Managing Director and the project team on regular basis to plan and close the technical positions on time. - Directly source our candidates available in our data base in arranging or scheduling technical interviews with clients. Prepare candidate resumes, any supporting documents, prepare candidates for interviews and manage candidates throughout the interview process - Serve as an ambassador of ETS by acting professionally in representing the company when reaching out to candidates, clients and external vendors. - Leverage vendor or client tracking systems to ensure future searches leverage all data gathered during the process. - Negotiate on the salaries/billing rates between the hiring companies and the job candidates and present offers and close selected candidates. (Perform salary, fee, and contract negotiations with clients and candidates, where applicable) - Develop business and create new client relationships in the for-profit/corporate sector. - Counsel and consult with client organization hiring managers on job requirements and progress on orders. - Oversee progress on all positions being filled through ETS.
