Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participates in software design discussions, reviews and test strategy sessions. Provides quality assurance estimates for resource and project planning purposes. Creates test data, test plans, test cases and maintains regression test suites. Executes test cases manually and some automation scripts. Create and update simple automation scripts. Works under minimal supervision. Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments. Experience 6+ years in technology experience with 4 years in software testing Experience in working in an Agile environment and associated tools Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong time management skills Uses clearly defined procedures and standard practices to make routine decisions. Exercises some judgment in determining the appropriate action. Specific Knowledge Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies Experience with test cast storage tools such as ALM, Testlink or similar tools Experience with using SQL for backend validation Experience with Selenium, TOAD, Silk testing or similar tools is desirable Experience with UNIX Position # 2 Tester Lead Madison, WI 6 Months Skills Needed. : Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies Expert Knowledge Organizational Skills Expert Knowledge Test Planning and Estimation Expert Knowledge Test Design Expert Knowledge Test Execution Expert Knowledge Test Tools – JIRA Expert Knowledge Creation of Data Warehouse test cases and scenarios In-depth Knowledge of ETL In-depth Knowledge SQL/other Query skills Working Knowledge Data Warehouse Test Automation experienc Working Knowledge on LISA Working Knowledge Project Test Leadership Job Duties & Responsibilities •Analyzes and reviews requirements and technical work products •Executes tasks defined as part of test plans, strategies, results reporting and metrics •Designs and executes test scenarios/scripts with automated tools •Manages test data as input into test execution •Validates test results and records defects •Coordinates and plans test runs and calendars •Responsible for deployment and production activities •Maps requirements to test assets and results •Research, prioritizes, defines and manages defect reporting and resolution •Validates that environment components are installed in the appropriate testing environment •Working knowledge of JIRA •Strong knowledge of automation tools, eg LISA Position # 3 Sterling OMS testing Beaverton, OR 6 Months Required / Description:: Experience in Sterling OMS testing with functional and technical expertise in Sterling OMS. Experience in QA process and Agile methodology . Strong Retail industry knowledge . Working experience with JIRA and confluence. Experience working with cross-functional teams and able to collaborate and communicate effectively within a diverse team. Comfortable taking initiative, self-driven and a team player.
