*Role**::* *Project Manager with BA exp* *Location**:: **Philadelphia, PA* *Duration**:: 6+ months* *Job Description::* *What are the Key Responsibilities?* - Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering a given strategic initiative. - Directs and drives large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple Cigna constituents as well asexternal delivery partners through all phases of the SDLC. - Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan that includes resource plans, contingency plans, and other related project management artifacts. - Negotiates and manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters. - Serves as subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives. - Builds an environment of trust, collaboration, and openness among peers and other team members. Shares lessons learned, perceptions, and best practices openly. - Proposes recommendations and adjustments to project delivery and related solutions throughout the life of the initiative. - Thinks strategically with the big picture in mind to direct - Communicates clearly with all levels of stakeholders to ensure deliverables are hit.
