Our established client in the education industry is seeking a Senior
Business Analyst for a long-term contract position in Atlanta. In this
role, you will be supporting the implementation of the new learning system,
facilitating cross functional dialogue, business process documentation, and
project management support.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates and supports the work of individuals, managers, and teams
within and across functions to address priority issues.
Assists in the development of the process models and process maps.
Monitors implementation of improvement team recommendations.
Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed
for new technology.
Translates high level business requirements into functional
specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such
specifications.
Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication
across the organization from initial requirements to final implementation.
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in business analysis, implementing and
sustaining change/improvements.
Knowledge of process improvement strategies and tools, change
management strategies and techniques, and business processes documentation.
Experience in an educational institution or prior work with learning
systems are preferred.
