Within the last three (3) years, must have significant development time using Oracle Application Express (APEX) and JavaScript. · Strong knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports 10g development. · Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL (10g or higher) development. · The ability to write scalable code and to tune code to utilize network and database resources efficiently. · Programming of projects which are financial/banking in nature. · Strong technical writing and documentation.
