The skill set needed is as follows: • The duties of this resource are to translate already defined business requirements to the EM technology integrations. • This resource must provide to the client proper guidance and recommendations on how to complete the integrations in order to meet the business requirements. • With the level of client interactions expected from this resource, this resource must possess a heightened level of communication skills and must be able to adequately articulate points of view to challenge the status quo and to support them with facts and experience. • Although this person is more functional in nature with a 75 / 25 split on Functional / Technical knowledge, the individual must also know the coding side, as well. • Experience required in EM version 9.0 SP9. *Deliverables:* Provide to the client proper guidance and recommendations on how to complete the integrations in order to meet the business requirements Assist in EM integrations.
