*JOB DESCRIPTION*

The Senior Middleware administrator responsible for overall design,
development and production support of the hardware and network
infrastructure for the property management systems.  Monitor and address
performance of management systems.  Assist Development staff in optimizing
application. The administrator will be responsible for administrating and
tuning of Oracle Fusion Middleware and Open Source applications.

*Primary Duties and Accountabilities*

·         Oversee all aspects of infrastructure including configuration of
new and existing systems on multiple platforms, security, operating system
administration, software installation, and maintenance and upgrades.
Includes but not limited to; Linux/Unix/Microsoft operating systems, web
servers and application servers. Main focus on maintaining and supporting
the implementation of WebLogic, Tomcat clusters, Java applications,
performance tuning of WebLogic and Tomcat instances. Act as support of
WebLogic, Tomcat, and web systems.

·         Oversee all deployment tasks for all J2EE applications and SOA
services. Maintain standardization and complaint Middleware environments.
Maintain new environment build and troubleshooting procedure documentation.
Ensure the health and availability of client’s enterprise applications.
Analyze and resolve incidents and problems in timely and accurate manner.

·         Collaborate and assist other departments and development staff
with Web and Application server analysis, monitoring, tuning, and
troubleshooting as it relates to application access and transaction
performance. Assist QA teams during load testing and for real time
monitoring of all stages of application deployment (Development, QA Load
Test and Production).

·         Maintain and manage vendor relationships, need to be customer
focus. Assist the team while setting priorities and goals for Systems
group; Keep researching on new Middleware technologies and keep striving to
enhance Middleware infrastructure. Provide leadership with Middleware team
managing work load, issue resolution and providing guidance.

·         Provide 3rd Tier Support for Property Systems support department

*Requirements*

·         Minimum 5-years hands-on experience with operating system
administration including Linux/Unix   and Microsoft Operating Systems is
required.

·         Minimum 5-year experience with WebLogic and Tomcat administration.

·         Very good understanding of *Oracle Fusion Middleware
technologies/principles* (OSB, SOA suite, BAM, OAM, OIM, OEM).

·         Minimum 3 year’s progressive experience with *HTTP, LDAP, Web
Services, Apache/Tomcat/Jboss/Memcached*.

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience with administration of *web servers:
Apache, IIS*

·         Configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting JMS implementations
to include JMS topics and queues; and WebLogic distributed queues,
clustered JMS implementations, and configuration /management of foreign JMS
providers
