Do go through the description and let me know if you have any consultants available for the below requirement. *Job Title:SAS Database Marketing / Campaign Management Developer * *Location:Minneapolis, MN * *Duration:4 months+* · Job Request for The Database Marketing consultant drives the database strategy supporting customer segmentation and multi-channel integrated marketing campaign development and execution for assigned lines of business. · Directly manages the marketing databases and toolsets delivering state of the art crosschannel campaigns and real time decision programs driving consumer response. Thought leader in leveraging specific marketing data to identify key client targets for marketing communications (Email, Direct Mail, Calling, Interactive/Digital, Web, etc.). Expertise in marketing analytics and statistical measurement of marketing programs. Analysis, insights and recommendations will impact changes in campaign strategy and improved marketing effectiveness. Required Skills:- o Designs, develops and enhances the marketing data infrastructure to advance client segmentation and targeting to improve campaign performance, campaign execution and marketing test/learn/react capabilities. • Continually looks for additional data sources to incorporate into the CRM database to improve client targeting and marketing effectiveness. o Understand business rules, translate business requirements into documented technique and data briefs o Design, create and execute campaign processes to create data outputs that support personalized marketing campaigns o Support peers with code peer reviews and writing queries to audit campaigns and/or analysis • Manage multiple projects and deliverables · Education A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Sciences or related field Experience o 5+ years hands-on experience with SAS programming o 3+ hands-on experience in marketing campaign and communication o Superior attention to detail, organizational skills and time management o Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate well in a team environment o Experience developing and/or documenting project requirements, code and processes o Self-motivated, proactive, and confident working independently o Prioritizes work activities and uses time efficiently o Knowledge of marketing processes that involves campaign management · Knowledge of marketing processes that involves campaign management · Proven track record of success in developing CRM databases and client segmentation strategies for multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns. o Demonstrated ability to drive profitable revenue growth, client retention and acquisition using innovative marketing ideas and client segmentation. o Extensive knowledge and background in industry best practice database marketing techniques and CRM toolsets. o Experience working with large databases, extracting, manipulating and understanding data. o Proficiency with in SAS, SQL and other program applications with an emphasis on statistical analysis, programming, data manipulation, data quality and data management skills. o Expertise in quantitative analysis, statistical principles of test design and marketing analytics with examples of generating insights that lead to changes in marketing strategies. o Strong project management and cross functional team leadership skills. o Effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to influence peers and leadership.. o Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group. * Preferred Qualifications * • Experience with SAS CI Studio is a plus. *Thanks & Best Regards* *Geeta,* *Oberon IT Inc,* 1404W.
