• Tech Lead-Web Content Management systems
Desired Skills and Experience & Responsibilities:
• Experience in Architecting and implementing modern Web Content
Management System especially open source solution
• Solid understanding and successful implementation of digital
marketing practices (web, mobile, social, in-product)
• Architect scalable, responsive web applications using latest
frontend technologies (Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML5, CSS)
• Build business logic in Java and expose it via powerful REST API
using Open Source technologies (Spring, Hibernate, Spring MVC)
• Use test driven development methodologies with JUnit, Selenium,
Jasmine
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence executives
and peers, take ownership for results, and make sound, timely decisions
based on data and
insights
• Hypothesis-driven approach to solving problems, with experience
developing and pursuing big ideas
• Customer-focused mindset, with a demonstrated track record of
discovering key insights and delighting users
• * 10 + years of software development*
• BS/BA in business disciplines, MBA a plus
• * 8+ years of experience with open Source Web Content Management
solutions which is in Java technologies*
• * 5+ years of experience in implementing web content management
system at enterprise class*
• *5+ years of experience with system design at enterprise scale
and working with distributed systems for Web Content management system *
*implementation*
• Ability to influence and drive the task while working with
cross-functional team.
• *Experience with Java, Python, or PHP*
• Experience with J2EE technology
• Knowledge of SQL optimization and good schema and query design
• An understanding of RESTful API design concepts and the JSON
format
• Excited to solve challenging scale problems
• Highly self-starter and self-motivated
• Ability to learn quickly
• Passion for cloud technologies
