Position: Test Lead
Location: San Diego CA
Duration: Long Term
Required Skills:
? Experience in Banking domain. Understanding of retail and commercial
banking systems and branch systems
? Experience in creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Estimations
? Hands on with Black Box, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, Regression,
Front End and Back End Testing
? Experience in and hands on with designing Test Cases / Test Scenarios /
Test conditions
for the Integration and System Testing, verifying and validating
applications ? Experience in Mainframe systems like TSOH
? Exposure to working in onshore /offshore model and willing to coordinate
with offshore daily
? Exposure to release management cycle
? Troubleshoot issues down to the root cause and provide detailed bug
reports
? Coordinate with development team and business for issues / clarifications
/ reviews and sign offs
? Extensive knowledge of HP ALM
? Should be well versed with various QA matrices

? Strong people management, interpersonal communication and collaboration
skills
? Ability to multi-task
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
? Meet deadlines and complete assignments in a timely manner while
maintaining quality
standards
? Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with various IT
teams

? Results oriented
