*Job Roles / Responsibilities:*
Functional/SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant:
Ideal candidate will be able to independently plan for activities related
to their own work stream for the full lifecycle of the project supported by
the project manager.
In addition to planning, functional consultants are expected to perform
following activities:
• To-be process design using best practice guidelines
• Map to-be processes to SuccessFactors design workbooks
• Configure SuccessFactors to meet requirements
• Produce Functional, Integration and UAT scenarios
• Assist with cutover planning
Provide post go-live support.
