*6+Mts* *Rate: $60 Hr C2C* Role Description The Test Lead is responsible for leading and facilitating the global testing activities related to the Workday HCM & Payroll system implementation. Test activities will include global HR business processes, integration with the Workday Payroll system, and integration with other inbound and outbound systems/interfaces that will transition from the current legacy HRIS systems to Workday. The Test Lead will partner with the PVH Test Lead to oversee the effort of Functional, System and User Acceptance testing of the Workday HCM system. The data conversion from all legacy systems and manual processes to Workday will also need to be thoroughly validated by the testing team. The selected candidate will have experience testing large HR systems and the ability to develop and execute on a global Test Strategy and Test Plans for each project stage, including integration testing for all interfaces. The test lead will be accountable for the tracking of all defects, resolution, reporting and escalation of risks identified during testing to project management. Responsibilities · Responsible for the development, management and execution of the Implementation Test Strategy and detailed Test Plan for each project stage · Directs the activities of testers on a day-to-day basis based on the project plan and required tasks · Responsible to ensure that the test strategy is communicated and is accepted by vendors · Accountable for the development of a comprehensive set of test scenarios · Signs off on all test plans and test reports · Responsible for the development and management of a project plan for testing that supports the master project plan · Escalates issues/concerns to PMO early when potential impacts to project schedule or quality may result · Responsible for management of risk, issue, decision logs for the test work stream · Accountable for management of defect logs within the testing work stream · Accountable for the proper triage of defects and assignment to appropriate resources for resolution · Accountable for the tracking of overall defects, resolution, and provides status reports to the PMO Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Business Administration or related major ISTQB Testing certification or equivalent preferred Experience · A minimum of 5 years HRIS or IT background with experience in leading and supporting global implementation projects · A minimum of 2 years Enterprise application testing experience with Workday - experience strongly preferred across HCM, Benefits and Payroll (US & Canada) · Demonstrated experience leading System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and end to end testing effort, working with the project implementation team, SME’s and vendors · Demonstrated experience leading testing programs including test strategy, test plans, developing test schedules and coordinating testing teams Qualifications · Ability to lead and work with cross functional teams across geographies and cultures · Strong project management skills · Excellent customer service, interpersonal and team collaboration skills · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills · Ability to prioritize project tasks and deliverables, while remaining within project timelines · Ability to work with business partners at all levels of the organization · Strong vendor management skills · Previous global experience Thanks, Rahman Allied Informatics Inc.
