Position Title: Remedy System Developer
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 12 months
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technology business experience
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience with BMC Remedy platform and BMC Atrium
Discovery & Dependency Mapping tool
Hands-on experience with BMC Remedy ITSM v 7.0.xx or greater
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task
Experience with Crystal Reports/Server
Strong SQL knowledge
Understanding of ITIL Framework
