Document any variance (defects etc.) per the test protocol. · Work effectively with the required teams to resolve associated defects and retest within the test cycle window. · Work effectively with stakeholders to ensure open and timely communication regarding the project test plan, timelines and defect remediation. · Must be thorough and detail oriented, must be able to accomplish multiple tasks effectively, meeting tight deadlines. · Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. · Ability to work in a diverse culture. · Ability to work independently as well as a team player. · Must be flexible and be a self-starter and a good problem solver.
