Strong JAVA and Eclipse RCP skills. Extensive experience working with ESRI suite (ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Desktop and ArcSDE). Experience working with Coordinate Systems Transformations and Projections handling implementations of industry standards such as EPSG and WKT. Experience working with Coordinate Transformations Engines such as ESRI or Blue Marble. Experience working with scripting languages, preferably Python. (ESRI ArcPy API knowledge is desirable but not required).
