Role: Java - JBoss with Drools Location: Mt Laurel, NJ Job Description:  Role: Architect / Technology Lead  Experience: 8-10 Years  Responsibilities:  Understand the business requirements and design solutions  Collaborate with business analysts to bridge requirements gaps  Provide effort estimates and work with project manager to develop a plan  Create low level designs and guide developers through implementation phase  Review and Sign off on the code developed by the team  Troubleshoot technical issues  Collaborate with onsite architect(s) on technical design, issues etc.  Co-own project deliverables with project manager  Skills:  Hands on experience in working with Java / Enterprise Java technologies  Very good understanding on design patterns, OOAD  Ability to deep dive others’ code for troubleshooting  Experience with Jboss BPM / BRM and UI (nice to have)  Knowledge on any BPM / BRM platform (nice to have)  Experience in open source technologies is an added advantage  Positive attitude and zeal to learn & adapt is must!
