*Job Title* *Data Modeler (Physical)* *Project Location* *Reston or Herndon, VA* *Duration* *6+ Months Contract* *Interview Process: Phone + Skype* *Visa: GC and Citizens only* *Job Description* *Required Skills:* 1) Strong Data Modeler background/experience, candidate will be doing " *hands on" data modeling.*2) Candidate will need to be experienced in both Dimensional and Transactional (3rd Normal) modeling. 3) Candidate will be responsible for creating Conceptual, Logical models and the DDL for the Physical data model. *Must be hands-on with Oracle*. 4) Candidate will be leading the client and work closely with client’s modelers. 5) Candidate preferred to be familiar with ER/Studio data modeling tool, or Erwin 6) Candidate must be a strong communicator, excellent verbal & written skills. 7) Candidate must be able to work in a team environment as well as be a self-starter. 8) Should have experience of creating more than 20 Data models of different data sources and should have implemented it for multiple projects 9) Should have experience with both *Star schema as well as snowflake schema* *Desired Skills:* 1) Data Warehouse Architecture and Design experience.
