*Project Location* *Princeton NJ* *Duration* *6+ Months contract* *Interview Process: Phone + F2F* *Visa: USC, GC, EAD-GC, H1B ONLY* *Job Description* *JD:* The requirement is for a QA Engineer with both Manual and Automation experience, for a new application development project in a fast paced agile environment. The ratio of manual testing will be higher initially. However the ultimate goal is to automate most of the testing, so that ratio will change as the project progresses, to more automated testing and less manual testing. A successful candidate will have a long term vision and the ability to plan and execute it, along with the enthusiasm to work on a brand new yet complex product. *Responsibilities:* •Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test data, test scenarios, and other testing related documentation •Plan, develop, execute, maintain and improve Automated Test Frameworks and Automated Test Scripts for Web and Database applications •Create and maintain libraries and object repositories •Work closely with the EDI, Development, BA and Business teams to gather and understand use cases, requirements and system implementation •Conduct meetings with Business and IT Teams for requirements/implementation review •Accurately report and track testing related defects and issues, by writing effective and thorough bug reports, and verify bug fixes •Coordinate UAT and other testing related tasks with Business and other IT departments •Identify process and application issues and provide suggestions to improve •Learn new technologies and adapt to them as needed •Identify and deploy automation solutions based on changing project needs *Requirements:* •Extensive Manual testing experience •Extensive experience with HP QTP (UFT) and SoapUI •Extensive experience testing various Web Services •Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC and RDBMS •5+ years of Manual Black Box/Gray Box software testing experience •3+ years of Automation testing experience •Experience in Agile methodologies a must •Must be able to write test plans, test cases, and other test artifacts •Must be able to write SQL Queries •Must be able to prepare test data •Experience with JIRA and HP QC/ALM a plus •Python and Kendo UI knowledge a plus •Excellent communication and people skills •College degree or equivalent level of experience preferred Thanks & Regards, Udbhav Mathur Talent Acquisition Specialist Ph:248-565-4747 *130 Email:- [email protected] <[email protected]> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OracleD2K" group.
