*Project Location* *Minneapolis, MN* *Duration* *9+ Months Contract* *Interview Process: Phone + F2F* *Visa: Any* *NOTE: Must be Local* *Job Description*: *Project Description:* - The project focuses on using ETL to pull Donor Activity data from several Donor data sources and putting it into Oracle OBIEE. - OBIEE then creates a file that is fed to EBS AP to cut and send a reimbursement check. The bulk of development is in the ETL which is done by an FTE ETL Developer. (60%) - Also another financial project for the financial areas (40%). *Specific experience being sought:* - Five years hands-on IT delivery experience (Agile and Waterfall). - Two to three years’ experience working in an Agile environment. - Must exp in ETL, Oracle, OBIEE. - Two to three years of demonstrated experience is preferred, playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. - Experience using Agile methods (Kanban, XP, FDD, etc.) is preferred. Experience completing multiple Agile projects. - Strong interpersonal skills: collaboration, negotiation, and conflict management skills; - Facilitation, mentoring and coaching skills; - Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation skills are required. - Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
