Summary of Position:
Provide support to home office and international users of ECM related
products including IBM’s Content Manager/Content Navigator/Datacap, Kofax’s
Captue/Batch Manager and iManage Worksite. This role would also require
practical knowledge of Java development in support of the above products.
The ECM IT Analyst would work on both Windows and Unix operating systems
and feel comfortable interacting with multiple associates around the world.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Content Manager development (version 8.4.3 and above)
o Adding/Removing user/group accounts
o Adding/modifying Worklists and Workflows
o Environment builds/patching/upgrades
o CM8 client install knowledge (including DB2 client)
o General understand of the CM8 physical and eClient software
o Sever side understanding including restarts/ services
o General CM8 ad-hoc project requests
· Kofax development
o Adding/modifying Batch Classes
o Assisting in environment builds/patching/upgrades
o Kofax capture install knowledge
o General understanding of Batch Manager & how to resolve error invoices
· Worksite development
o Adding/modifying user/group accounts
o Desksite client install knowledge
· Datacap
o Adding/modifying user/group accounts
o Assisting in resolution of issue batches
o Assisting in on-boarding of additional countries
o Understanding of Java processes that drive reporting
· General understanding of opening issue tickets for all software
vendors
· General Java

· Must be considered an expert in the Content Manager space
· Must be willing and able to learn new technologies
· Must show initiative in the progression of current
systems/processes

*Skills/Qualifications** :*
· Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree
· *Proficient in UNIX, UNIX Shell scripting, and SQL. (Prefer 3 plus
years of experience) *
· Ability to write complex Unix shell scripts for tasks such as system
administration, or developing code to be used as executable programs on the
Unix platform or for distribution to other operating systems.
· Knowledge of various programming languages such as Java, MySQL, SQL,
Perl, modPerl, Apache is a plus
· Ability to do impact analysis for change requirements

*Responsibilities*
· Code, debug, and test application programs utilizing Java and web
based programming tools for international POS systems. Below are the
detailed tools and technology details
web based programming tools: IDE - Eclipse, netbeans (Which help at coding)
· Program tools (Technology) - HTML, JavaScript, JSP, JSF, Jquery,
Angular JS, Node JS
· Interact with multi-tiered databases including Oracle.
· Responsible for application design/analysis, development of
project plans, coding, testing, and documentation of all code while working
under the direction of a Technical Lead.
· Responsible for working with all levels of the business and the
development team to establish, promote, and enforce architectural
guidelines as well as assist in the implementation and problem resolution
of existing applications and requests.
· Ensure work meets functionality and quality expectations within
given timelines.
*Qualifications*
· 4-year degree in an IT related field.
· Minimum 5 years experience in web application development
utilizing HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSP, Java, Spring, SQL, JMS, Web Services, and
Tomcat web servers.
· Ability to effectively communicate design decisions and
development progress with team while working in a fast paced environment.
· Demonstrated track record of successful system and project
implementations, both independently and while working on a team.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
including the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of complex
activities.
· Strong grasp of tools designed for solving development issues in
the UI, business logic, and data access layers.
Ability to develop web applications that are responsive and cater to
the device on which they are viewed.
