*Require Senior Oracle Developer/Data Analyst (10+ Exp)* *Interview: *1st WebEx (video interview) *Duration: *Long Term Contract *Location:* Boise, Idaho Any Type of visa works for this position *Visa Copy Required (Must)* Our Client is looking for a *Senior Oracle Developer/Data Analyst that has experience working with and supporting cross-functional teams in an agile environment.* *Their teams are performing product development and production support using Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks and processes.* *If your candidate has either of the following they will be chosen over ALL other candidates* · Experience working with government agencies would be advantageous, but is not required. · Working knowledge of a modern welfare eligibility case management system is a plus. *Specific Skills Required* (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.) *This position is considered a senior level technical resource and requires a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the field of data analysis and software development.* *Must be able to demonstrate the following skills:* · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail · Effectively multi-task with planning and efficiency · Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments *Desired Skills and Experience* · Domain expertise in Healthcare and Data Analytics · Experience working with Medicaid eligibility data · Experience with Oracle 11g & 12c features · Experience querying XML data · Experience tuning queries using Explain Plans, TKProf, etc. · Experience using database links to join data · Experience creating PL/SQL functions and procedures · Strong working knowledge of SQL and Oracle · Certified Coder (i.e. CPC, CSS, CCFP, CCS-P, RHIA, is highly desirable) · Knowledge of research methods, information systems, data extraction and manipulation, databases, biostatistics, and predictive modeling. *What we are looking for is a strong technical contributor who can quickly come up to speed on our existing system functionality, data structures and reporting tools.
