Tech stack: C#, MVC, javascript, AngularJS, HandlebarJS, and strong SQL Server development skills with Web Service Integration – WCF/SOAP/REST Key things not covered in the job description: They want someone that has strong back-end capabilities as a developer because they see it as a weakness in their team currently. So, make sure your candidates have this strong skill along with the rest of what is listed in the tech stack. They do also use AngularJS for some of their applications so it will be helpful to include in your searches. They use a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies in house. Also, a challenge is the mix of development which is 60% Break/Fix and Maintenance and 40% New Development. They are very much a shop that uses their apps to run the business so the business goal supersedes tech aspirations.
