*CER (cisco emergency responder*), call manager is a must have.

While he has experience on the moves/adds/changes on individual phones, he
does not have the experience with being able to migrate entire sites from
other phone systems to Cisco in an enterprise environment.



*REQUIRE CCNA AND CCNP*


We are looking for a *Cisco Voice Engineer*. The candidate will provide
troubleshooting and system administration for the telecommunications
network. Principle duties involve supporting Cisco VoIP applications and
services.

*Responsibilities include:*

·         VoIP installs into facilities

·         Upgrade firmware on VoIP phones

·         Upgrade of Cisco VoIP applications to new releases

·         Responsible for rollout of VoIP monitoring application

·         All changes to production equipment must be coordinated thru the
change control process

·         Cover all projects thru the business case process

·         VOIP protocols, CUCM, SIP Trunking, Cisco Call Manager,
troubleshoot, Firmware

*Technical Responsibilities:*

·         Systems administration on VoIP applications: Cisco Call Manager
v11, Cisco Emergency Responder, Attendant Console,

·         Configure CER to intelligently route 911 calls in campus
environments

·         Call reporting for hunt groups, etc.
Troubleshoot VoIP software and hardware

·         Upgrade VoIP applications to newer releases annually

·         Knowledge on SIP trunking, Cisco CUBE, ACME packet

·         Knowledge on Symon Wallboards/RMG network wallboards a plus

*Technical Support Responsibilities:*

·         Troubleshoot dial plan, QoS, and routing issues

·         Troubleshoot & mitigate issues with Session Initiation Protocol
and/or Integrated Service Digital Network circuits

·         Remediate VoIP server hardware issues

·         Troubleshoot all features and services

*Required experience:*

·         Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications,
Engineering, or a related discipline and *three* years of experience in
network design, analysis, or management; *or* an equivalent combination of
training and experience

·         5 years of experience configuring Cisco Call Manager, VoIP
troubleshooting

·         CCNA, CCNP certification
