Please find the below Job description and let me know your interest. *Position: QA Tester* *Location:* *SFO, CA* *Duration: 6 Months Contract* *Need Locals to Bay Area, CA Only* *Only GC and US citizen* *Max Rate: 40/hr on c2c* *The main desired qualities:* *Jira experience* *Web and Mobile testing (3+ years)* *API experience * *Description* · Principal Duties and Responsibilities · Review customer scenario/use cases and design similar test scenarios to comprehensively test the products. · Perform automated and manual QA tests for issues. · Perform functional and regression testing. · Publish test execution results. · File bugs in Jira for issues reported in each build. · Support developers in reproducing issues when required. · Background and Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. · 3+ or more years of professional work experience in software QA or a related field. · Knowledge of mobile and desktop software QA processes. · Knowledge of QA methodologies that cover regression testing, ad hoc testing, functional testing and verification of calculations, user interface testing, and integration testing. · API testing experience · Experience with SOAP and REST APIs. · Experience with HTTP and HTTPs protocols · Experience with iOS, Win and Android · Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on tight schedules · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching · Self-motivated, independent, and proactive · Outstanding collaboration skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Skills, Knowledge and Competencies · Knowledge of test automation tools or scripting is a plus. · Knowledge of SOAPUI and Jmeter is a plus. · Knowledge of Agile software development process and related tools (SCRUM, Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
