- Understand both IT and OEM Ops current capabilities, systems/features
and infrastructure.
- Understand both IT and OEM Ops current architecture
- Assist with planning future capabilities,
systems/features/architecture, and direction between IT’s VNext/Modern
platform and MDOS’s future capabilities roadmap
- -Plan and assist with future architecture plans between OEM Ops and IT
going forward
- Discuss and agree on future collaboration models with regard to
development, test and deployment support (ex. Sprints versus Quarterly
Releases)
- Identify existing and future “cross compatibility issues/items” with
regard to duplication of effort, confusion of ownership, and or future
planning and engagements between IT and OPs
- Begin discussion about the evolution of existing OA3 systems to a new
model, termed OA4 as required and appropriate based on the WDG product group
